- combine all ingredients, adding enough liquid for the batter to get to the consistency you want.
- spray the pan (or add oil or butter) and cook one side until you see bubbles. flip, and cook the other side.

It took forever but I finally got it work out right. These are great for the whole family or to make and freeze to defrost single portions. Cooking time is apoximite per pancake.

- Beat in eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Cook in a hot non-stick pan until top is full of bubbles, then flip and brown the other side.
- Serve with syrup.
