This recipe comes from the internet, & although the original recipe calles for fresh fruit, I've used frozen! Preparation time does not include time needed to freeze the blended ingredients!

- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor & puree until totally blended.
- If desired, add sweetner such as agave nectar, to taste.
- Place in freezer-safe bowl with lid & freeze until hard.

Steps:
- Using an electric whisk, whisk the egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form. With the beaters still running, slowly whisk in the sugar. Continue whisking until the egg whites are stiff and glossy.
- Whisk the cream until soft peaks form. Fold the cream, yolks and your choice of flavour into the egg whites until combined. Freeze in a plastic container for at least two hours. Serve in cones topped with chopped nuts, flakes and some sauce, if you like.

AWESOME AND EASY NON DAIRY ICE CREAM
This is a tremendously versatile recipe- add fresh chopped strawberries, flavored liquer, cocoa, coffee, the possibilities are endless! I like to serve this only partially frozen, it has a very creamy taste and texture at that stage. Enjoy!
