This salad is a must have at all of our holiday gatherings. The whole family rates layered salad as their favorite dish on the holidays! Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

1 pound bacon
1 head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
16 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (32 ounce) jar mayonnaise
1 (16 ounce) package frozen green peas

Steps:

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
In a large serving bowl place a thin layer of 1/2 of the listed ingredients. Begin with the lettuce followed by onion, cauliflower, cheese, bacon and peas. Repeat.
Top the salad with mayonnaise and garnish with a sprinkle of crumbled bacon.

1 head lettuce
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 diced green pepper
1 medium onion
4 slices bacon, crumbled
2 cups ranch dressing
1 -2 teaspoon sugar
4 ounces shredded cheese

Steps:

Layer first 7 ingredients in order given in a 12x19 dish.
Combine ranch dressing with sugar and spread mixture evenly on top of salad.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Chill in refrigerator 12 hours before serving.

1 large bottle ranch dressing
1 head of lettuce chopped
1 small red onion diced
1 bag sheddred cheeses any kind
1 pkg bacon, cooked crumbled
1 medium head of cauliflower

Steps:

1. cook bacon and crumble set aside
2. chop lettuce,cauliflower, and onion put in bowl along with shreded cheese then add bacon and mix.
3. add the ranch dressing and mix all together keep refridgerated until ready to use.
