This cheese dip is AMAZING! I get compliments and requests for the recipe every time I make it. Use aluminum foil to cover bread bowl while baking if cheese begins to darken too quickly. Serve with Wheat Thins.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir cream cheese, Italian cheese blend, mayonnaise, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a bowl; scoop into bread bowl.
- Bake in preheated oven until heated through, 90 minutes to 2 hours.

ASIAGO DIP
I get more requests for this appetizer than any other. The recipe was given to me years ago from a friend. I hope you enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 375
- 2. Cook bacon until crisp, crumble and set aside
- 3. Prepare the bread by slicing off the top part of the loaf and using a knife carefully cut a circle inside the loaf about 1/2 and inch from the side ( be careful not to cut to deep, as this loaf will be your serving bowl). Cut the top and the piece you removed from the inside of the loaf into bite size pieces and place on a baking sheet along with the bread bowl. Toast in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 4. Mix together in a large glass bowl Cheeses, Mayo, Sour cream, Green onion, Garlic, Bacon and S&P. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes stirring after each minute until hot and all the cheese has melted. Pur into the warm bread bowl and serve with the toasted bread. ROASTED GARLIC AND ASIAGO VEGETABLE DIP
Creamy dip recipe made with mayonnaise, sour cream, asiago cheese, roasted garlic, fresh parsely and spices. Great with fresh vegetables, crackers or chips.

Steps:
- Use a knife to cut the top off the head of garlic. Place in a small baking dish and drizzle oil on top of all the visible cloves. Cover with lid and bake in a 375F oven for 50-60 minutes. Garlic cloves should be nicely roasted with a caramelized colour. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
- Use a fork to pull the roasted garlic cloves out of the head.
- Place the garlic cloves along with the rest of the ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until the dip is smooth and creamy. It may be necessary to stop the processor occasionally to scrape the sides down.
- Serve with fresh cut vegetables or crackers.

ASIAGO CHEESE BOWLS
A spectacular way to serve a salad or pasta, these Cheesy and delicious bowls take minimal effort and only have one ingredient.

Steps:
- To make the bowls
- Preheat the oven to 375°
- Have a clean work surface ready with a form to make the bowls. The form can be an inverted bowl or anything that is flat bottomed cone shaped. Make sure it can take some heat as the cheese disks will be hot when placed over the form.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or use a Silpat.
- Spread an even layer of the grated cheese in an 8-inch circle.
- Bake for 10 minutes and check to see if the cheese has completely melted and it is golden, and the edges are beginning to brown. Be careful not to get the cheese too brown all over as the bowl will be burnt.
- If the cheese needs a minute or two more, keep a close eye on it until you get the desired golden brown disk.
- Immediately, take the melted cheese out of the oven, let cool for a few seconds to firm up, and carefully with a spatula lift the cheese disk onto the ready bowl form. Let the disk drape over the form to form a bowl.
- Let cool completely before using/

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and pepper. Stir in beer just until moistened. Fold in cheese and onions. Transfer to four greased 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pans. Brush with 2 tablespoons butter., Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Brush tops with remaining butter., Remove loaves to a cutting board; cut each into six slices. Place cut side down on ungreased baking sheets. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until toasted. Remove to wire racks to cool., In small bowl, combine tomatoes and water. Let stand for 5 minutes; drain. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, mushrooms, onions, pepper flakes and tomatoes. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with toast.
