CRISP APPLE CIDER FLOAT
Float into Fall with this easy 3-ingredient apple cider ice cream float recipe even the kiddos will love!

Steps:
- Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to mug.
- Pour in Sparkling Apple Cider. Be careful as it will start to bubble when pouring over the ice cream. I recommend this R.W. Knudson Sparkling Crisp Apple Juice.
- Drizzle caramel over the float.
- Garnish with sliced apples and straw. Enjoy

- Fill your glass or mason jar half way with vanilla bean ice cream. Pour Apple Cider on top of ice cream until ice cream is covered. Top with one more scoop of ice cream, if desired. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top of apple cider float.

Had my first hot apple cider float at a fall festival here in western New York. Warm, creamy, and frothy. The mulling spices make it taste like you're drinking a hot cup of apple pie. Once you try it you can't put it down. Vanilla or pumpkin ice cream work best.

- Heat apple cider and mulling spices in a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer and steep until flavors blend, about 15 minutes. Divide cider between 12 mugs and add a scoop of ice cream to each mug.
