CHEDDAR-JALAPENO APPETIZER BITES
No fancy dough needed to make these fun jalapeño-spiked appetizer bites! You just need plain sandwich bread, butter and cheddar cheese.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Mix cream cheese spread and cheddar until blended.
- Flatten bread slices with rolling pin; spread with butter. Turn over; spread with cream cheese mixture. Roll up tightly. Cut in half. Roll, 1 piece at a time, in Parmesan until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 12 to 14 min. or until golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine the cream cheese, Parmesan, jalapeño peppers and egg yolks in a bowl and mix to form a paste.
- Shape a 1/2 tablespoonful at a time into 1/4-inch rounds and roll in the bread crumbs.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
