ANGEL CHICKEN PASTA
A delicious, easy company dish - the flavors are wonderful. A favorite with my family. I usually double the recipe so we can have leftovers.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in the package of dressing mix. Blend in wine and golden mushroom soup. Mix in cream cheese, and stir until smooth. Heat through, but do not boil. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over.
- Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Twenty minutes before the chicken is done, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In large saucepan melt butter.
- Add dressing mix, wine and soup.
- Mix in cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Place chicken in baking dish and cover with sauce.

- Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH CHICKEN AND AVOCADO PESTO
Steps:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add enough olive oil to coat the skillet. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on one side, 8 to10 minutes; flip and cook until cooked through and no longer pink, about 5 minutes more. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into strips.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend together the basil, walnuts, avocados, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the pasta into a colander. Transfer it to a large serving platter or bowl and toss with the pesto. Top with the sliced chicken. Serve immediately.
CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA WITH BROWN BUTTER ANGEL HAIR PASTA

- Heat the butter and fry the sage leaves. Remove the sage leaves and continue to cook the butter until brown. Reserve.
- Pound out the chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Lay 5 sage leaves across each chicken breast and wrap in prosciutto. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat with olive oil. Flip once cooked through. Remove from the heat and let rest.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Remove from the water and toss with Parmesan, the reserved brown butter, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Slice the chicken saltimbocca and place on top of the pasta.
ANGEL CHICKEN PASTA
A friend told me about this one day, and I went straight home and made it. It consists of things I always have in my pantry. My picky eaters LOVE it!

- Add first five ingredients to crockpot, and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
- Add your favorite seasonings as desired.
- When you are about ready to eat boil your pasta according to package directions.
- Top with chicken and sauce.
- I like to shred my chicken a bit in the pot before we dish it up.

ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH PESTO

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Combine the basil, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil in a blender and blend to a puree. Add the cheese, salt and pepper, and blend again.
- Cook the pasta in the boiling, salted water until al dente, about 3 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add the pesto and toss. Taste for salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of oil, if you like.
ANGEL CHICKEN
This is a wonderful slow cooker recipe. I understand it is call Angel Chicken because of it's heavenly mushroom sauce. The chicken is fork tender. Mmmm. Comfort food!! My family loves this recipe... and so do I, because it is an easy weeknight meal for a mom that works outside the home.

Steps:
- Put mushrooms in a 4 quart slow cooker; top with chicken breast. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan; stir in the italian dressing mix, golden mushroom soup, chicken broth and cream cheese until melted.
- Pour this over the mushrooms and chicken.
- Cover and cook on high heat for 4 1/2 hours, or on low heat for 8 hours.
- If the sauce is a little too thin, I mix about a tbs. or two of cornstarch in a 1/4 cup of water until it dissolves. Then I add this to the crockpot and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, until the sauce is thickened a bit.
- Serve chicken and sauce over cooked rice or pasta.
- Enjoy!

- Place the chicken in crock pot.
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in Italian salad dressing mix, can of soup, cream cheese & wine(or water or broth). Pour over chicken.
- Cook on low in the crock pot for 4-5 hours.
- Pour over cooked angel hair pasta or other noodles or rice. Enjoy!

Before I get on with the description of this recipe, I would like to thank Chef Iron Bloomers for suggesting the name. Now I had some leftover chicken from Recipe#472662 and a box of Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs and wanted to create something different and came up with this. The ingredients I list are whats on the particular brand of pasta that I used.If you use a different type of boxed pasta or chicken you might come up with something slightly different in taste. - In a medium saucepan,bring water,milk and the margarine to boil; reduce heat to medium.
- Slowly stir in pasta and seasoning packet, if needed seperate pasta with a fork.
