2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (Gebhardt is good)
taco sauce
salt & pepper
20 Ritz crackers

Steps:

Combine hard cooked eggs (chopped fine), mayonnaise, chili powder, and salt & pepper.
Spoon on the crackers and top with a dab of the taco sauce.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 5 minutes.
