1 fluid ounce peppermint schnapps
2 fluid ounces chocolate liqueur
2 fluid ounces half-and-half

Steps:

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside edge of a martini glass; place glass in the freezer.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur, and cream into shaker. Cover, shake, and strain martini into the prepared martini glass.

  • Dissolve the Nutella in a tiny cream of boiling water, add the Crème de Menthe, the Amarula Cream and then the cream. With ice in a cocktail shaker and into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

1 teaspoon gelatin powder
3 teaspoons caster sugar
150 ml fresh cream
1/3 cup Amarula cream liqueur
50 g chocolate, grated
1 teaspoon gelatin powder
3 teaspoons caster sugar
150 ml fresh cream
1/3 cup Amarula cream liqueur
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup toasted almond, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.
  • Heat the cream and Amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.
  • Stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the chocolate, stir till melted.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the glasses.
  • Place the glasses into the fridge to set.
  • Mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.
  • Heat the cream and Amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.
  • Stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the honey and nuts.
  • Carefully pour over the chocolate base, return to the fridge and set till needed.
  • Remove about 5 minutes before serving and garnish and serve.
