1 1/2 cups turbinado sugar
1/2 cup granulated garlic
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pink sea salt
1/2 cup lemon pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons granulated onion
2 tablespoons black pepper, Coarse
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon white sea salt
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon cumin

Steps:

  • place all ingredients into a large bowl mix until well incorporated. Cayene and Chili can be adjust to desired heat levels.
  • Place into large shaker bottle.

Sweet and spicy rub goes good on anything! Ribs, chicken, vegetables, and more. I got tired of making this recipe every time I cooked, so I made a large jar of it. If it's too spicy, use less of it. Not spicy enough? Add more chipotle or chili powder.

Steps:

  • Whisk brown sugar, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, cumin, salt, ginger, and chipotle pepper together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container.
