AIR FRYER POTATOES (FROM A CAN)
Did you know you can make delicious crispy Air Fryer Potatoes from a can? That's right, shelf stable canned potatoes are easy to make in your air fryer.

Steps:
- Open the can of potatoes. Drain the liquid from the can. Optional: you can rinse the potatoes in cold water.
- Add the potatoes to a baking pan or other oven safe bakeware.
- Season the potatoes with lemon pepper seasoning. If you do not have lemon pepper, you can optionally use salt and pepper.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter to the potatoes.
- Put the container into the air fryer basket or air fryer oven. Cook at 400 degrees F (204 C) for 10-15 minutes. Check at 10 minutes, if you need them crisper, keep cooking another 5 minutes. Then remove, serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

- Start by draining your potatoes, then rinse them with water, and rinse again.
- Pour the drained potatoes into a large mixing bowl, add the oil, and toss to coat.
- Add your sage, parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper and toss again
- Pour the coated potatoes into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 to 12 minutes. Shake the basket frequently.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

- Scrub the potatoes, then pat dry with kitchen paper. Transfer to a plate, drizzle over the oil and rub it into the skins using your hands so the potatoes are well-coated. Season with salt and pepper - the salt will help the skins crisp up.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 200C and cook for 40-50 mins, or until a sharp knife goes through the potatoes easily. Check the potatoes after 20 mins - if they seem to be browning too quickly on one side, turn them over using tongs, then check again after another 20 mins to ensure they're cooked through. When ready, the skin should be crisp and the inside tender and fluffy. Split and serve immediately with the toppings of your choice.
