ROSEMARY POTATO WEDGES FOR THE AIR FRYER
Try these rosemary potato wedges in your air fryer. They are quicker and just as tasty as roasting them in your oven, and you don't need to heat up the whole house to do them! I used the recipe for papa's seasoning salt from this site. Serve with your favorite aioli or dipping sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place potatoes in a large bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and rosemary and toss to combine.
- Place potatoes in an even layer in fryer basket once air fryer is hot; you may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry potatoes for 10 minutes, then flip wedges with tongs. Continue air frying until potato wedges reach the desired doneness, about 10 minutes more.

Perfect air fryer potato wedges! These crispy potato wedges are quick and easy to cook in your air fryer and are finger-licking delicious with a fresh rosemary and garlic coating. Potato wedges are a healthier alternative to fries and your air fryer ensures that you don't use any extra oil to cook them, while still giving you that delicious crispiness you crave.

- Slice potatoes into wedge shapes.
- Place the wedges in a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to soak for up to 20 minutes. (You can go as low as 5 minutes if pushed for time.)
- Meanwhile, mix your crushed garlic, rosemary and olive oil in another large bowl.
- Once the wedges are finished soaking, drain and pat dry with a paper towel. Add them to the bowl with the oil, garlic and rosemary and mix to get them all nicely coated. Add salt to taste.
- Brush the inside of your air fryer basket with a thin coat of oil and pre-heat to 200C / 390F.
- Once the air fryer is ready, put the coated wedges into the basket. Try to minimize overlap, but a little bit is fine. Spoon out any bits of garlic and rosemary that remain in the bowl on the top.
- Cook for 15 minutes (give or take 5 minutes, depending on how crisp you want them and how large your wedges are), making sure to shake the basket and/or flip over the wedges at least once in the middle.

AIR FRYER GARLIC-PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES
Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions. Line the basket with nonstick foil.
- Pierce the potato several times with a paring knife. Microwave on high power until very soft, 8 to 10 minutes. Turn the potato over after about 4 minutes to ensure even cooking. Remove and let cool enough to handle.
- Slice potato in half lengthwise; slice each half into 4 wedges, then cut the wedges in half. Drizzle with oil and toss very gently to coat. Place the potatoes close together in the air fryer with the skin sides down. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then move the slices apart. (Starting with them close together helps you get more of the cheese and seasonings on the potatoes.)
- Air-fry until golden brown, about 20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. Reduce air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Continue to air-fry until well browned and crispy, about 5 minutes more.
