This delicious combination of Potatoes O'Brien will cook in no time in the air fryer! You will love these crispy, golden brown potatoes when they are hot and perfectly cooked!

Ingredients

1 Package Frozen Diced Potatoes O'Brien
1-2 tbsp Vegetable or Olive oil (Optional)
Salt
Pepper

Steps:

Step one is to pour your frozen diced potatoes into the air fryer basket, but don't overcrowd it.
Next set the temperature to 400F and the time to 18 minutes.
After 5 minutes take out the defrosted potatoes and pour into a mixing bowl.
Add in the oil if using, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Add the potato mixture back into the air fryer basket and return to air fryer to continue cooking.
After 5 minutes, take the basket out and shake well. This ensures even browning on all sides. Return basket and let it finish cooking.
When done, serve and enjoy!

2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

Preheat air fryer to 400°. Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes, stirring once. Serve immediately.
