Agar Agar With Fruit Cocktail Food

AGAR AGAR FRUIT COCKTAIL SALAD RECIPE

Steps:

• Cook Agar Dessert Mix according to package instructions. I'm using a "Lobo" product from Thailand and here's the cooking direction. Empty the contents of this packet with 3 cups of water. If you want a little sweet add 2-4 tablespoon of sugar, to taste. Stir until the powder dissolved and bring to a full boil, while stirring constantly.
• Fire off, pour into a mold or shallow container and cool to set, you can refrigerate it to firm faster. Cut the cream into bite sized cubes and open the canned fruit cocktail. In a large bowl, combine agar cubes and fruit cocktail with syrup and mix very gently.
• Divide the agar and fruits into 6-8 dessert glasses with the syrup and top with cherry and serve. ( I highly suggest don't mix cherries into your fruits otherwise it will stain the agar. Place them on top when you are ready to serve them. )

AGAR-AGAR WITH FRUIT COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Spray a 10-cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
• In a large saucepan, heat up the water until it comes to a boil. Pour in the Agar-agar powder and stir until it dissolves.
• Pour in the the condensed milk and stir again until it becomes thick.
• Pour the agar-agar mixture into the mold and cool to room temperature. Once it's cooled, refrigerate overnight.
• To serve, gently push the Agar-agar so that it will separate from the pan. Put the serving plate on top and invert it. Serve as is or with fruit cocktail.

FRUIT AGAR-AGAR

Steps:

• Boil agar powder, sugar and water together, stirring constantly.
• When mixture boils, remove from the fire.
• Spoon fruit into moulds.
• Add food colouring if desired.
• Pour agar into the moulds and leave it to set.
• Chill.

ANY FRUIT SORBET II

Steps:

• Basic Syrup:.
• In medium saucepan combine sugar and agar agar. Add water and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring until sugar and agar agar dissolves.
• Can be made in advance and refrigerated up to 2 days in and airtight containter.
• Makes 2 cups.
• Lemon Sorbet:.
• Combine, refrigerate 4 hours and freeze in ice cream machine.
• Stawberry Sorbet:.
• Blend or process until smooth. Strain (or not). Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Freeze in ice cream machine.
• Mango Sorbet:.
• Combine, refrigerate 4 hours and freeze in ice cream machine.
• Passion Fruit Sorbet:.
• Combine, refrigerate 4 hours and freeze in ice cream machine.
• Raspberry Sorbet:.
• Blend or process until smooth. Strain (or not). Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Freeze in ice cream machine.
