Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup pineapple juice or water

Steps:

  • Add all of the ingredients, pineapple, banana, yogurt, ice and juice to a blender and blend until it reaches a smoothie consistency. Pour and enjoy!

5 fresh basil (just leaves)
1/4 cup spinach
1/2 inch ginger root
1 banana (frozen)
1/2 pear
1/3 cup rolled oats

Steps:

  • Blend cashew milk, basil leaves, and spinach until smooth
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend again
  • Serve over ice for a refreshingly cool smoothie
