1 lb chicken thigh
1 lb chicken leg
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Steps:

  • Combine Mayo, A1 Sauce, Prepared mustard and seasoned salt in a large bowl.
  • Add chicken, make sure the chicken is covered in the sauce.
  • Place marinated chicken in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • Heat grill to 325.
  • Place your chicken thighs on the grill.
  • Close the grill.
  • For optimal grilling make sure not to open the grill to much.

10 ounces rib eye steaks, cooked to medium rare, rested and sliced into 1-inch, pieces
1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
6 ounces goat cheese
1 large egg
6 slices swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425*.
  • Toss the ribeye with the A1 sauce and set aside.
  • Stir together the mayo, goat cheese, egg, spinach, and mustard. Spread into the bottom of a 3 quart baking dish.
  • Layer the A1 ribeye over the spinach mixture and top with the sliced swiss cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with French bread or hearty chips.

4 steak fillets
2 cups fresh pureed strawberries
1 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
4 cups spinach
1/2 cup goat cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Season steaks with a dash of salt and pepper and set aside.
  • In a medium size pot, mix the strawberries, A1 and balsamic together over medium heat. Stir frequently. After about 20-30 minutes the sauce will reduce by about half.
  • In a bowl, mix together the spinach, walnuts and goat cheese. Set Aside.
  • Heat up grill and place the filets on. Cooking time varies based on how you like your meat. For medium rare, cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Once steak is done, take off grill and let the meat rest.
  • Fork some of the salad mixture onto each plate and top with steak and reduction sauce.

1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 1/4 lbs ground sirloin beef
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey

1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium bell pepper, seeded and chopped (red or green)
1 1/2 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
1 tablespoon aged Worcestershire sauce
3 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 -3 fresh garden tomatoes, sliced and lightly salted
8 hamburger buns

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and meats to the pan. Break meat up in pan. Add brown sugar to the pan and combine. When the meat has browned, add onion, garlic and bell peppers, and pineapple to the pan. Reduce heat to medium and add the A1 and Worcestershire sauce with meat for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and paste to pan. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to simmer and cook Sloppy Joe mixture 7-11 minutes longer.
  • Scoop sloppy meat onto good-quality bakery hambuger buns lightly buttered and toasted, top with sliced fresh garden tomatoes seasoned with salt and serve with sliced dill pickles and classic potato chips, enjoy!
