Steps:
- Place eggs in a single layer in a large saucepan. Add cold water, filling the pan to 1 inch above eggs. Cover; bring to a boil over hight heat.
- Remove pot from heat and let stand, covered, until the eggs are hard-boiled, about 15 minutes. Place eggs under cold running water. Peel eggs; cut in half. Using a spoon, remove yolks.
- In a blender, combine yolks, , mayonnaise, green onion, sun-dried tomato and 1 Tbsp basil. Process until smooth, about 7 seconds.
- Spoon the filling into a pastry bag with a large star tip. Pipe filling into egg white halves. Garnish with remaining basil.

- Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks; place in medium bowl. Add dressing, pickles and hot sauce; mix well.
- Spoon yolk mixture into resealable plastic bag. Cut small corner from bottom of bag; use to pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Decorate with remaining ingredients as shown in photo, trimming olive pieces as needed.

- Put the eggs in a pot and just cover with cold water. Put pot on the stove top, uncovered, on high heat and set the timer for 17 minutes. Once done, remove from the heat and run under cold water until cool enough to handle. Remove and discard shells.
- Halve the eggs and put the yolks in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients (except paprika). Use an electric mixer to blend ingredients together until smooth (lumps of yolk may remain).
- Put the yolk mixture in a resealable bag, snip the corner, and pipe the filling into the egg whites.
