- In bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or bread flour if needed)., When the cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll into two 12x7-in. rectangles. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle half over each rectangle. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting from a long side; pinch seam to seal. , Cut each roll into 12 slices. Place cut side down in one greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 20 minutes., Bake at 375° until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar, butter, syrup and enough milk to achieve desired consistency. Spread over warm rolls.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 16 mini muffin cups.
- Unroll crescent dough onto a work surface; separate into 2 sections along the perforated lines. Brush each half with melted butter; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll into logs and slice each log into 8 sections. Place into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Whisk milk and maple syrup together in a bowl. Mix in confectioners' sugar, a few spoonfuls at a time, to form desired icing consistency. Drizzle over warm rolls.

- Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, dry yeast and salt in a large mixer bowl and stir until blended. Place water and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH in 15 second increments until very warm but not hot to the touch (120° to 130°F. Butter won't melt completely). Add to flour mixture with egg.
- Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Add 1 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in just enough remaining flour so that the dough will form into a ball.
- Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic and dough springs back when lightly pressed with 2 fingers, about 6 to 8 minutes. Cover with a towel; let rest for 10 minutes.
- For filling, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Roll dough into a 7 x 24-inch long, narrow rectangle using a rolling pin. Spread 2 tablespoons butter over dough, stopping at least 1/2-inch from the edges on the long sides. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar mixture. Beginning at long end of the rectangle, roll up tightly. Pinch seams to seal. Cut into 24 equal pieces. Place about 2 inches apart, cut sides down, on greased baking sheets. Cover with towel; let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 45 to 60 minutes.
- Bake in preheated 350ºF oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Cool on wire rack for at least 10 minutes. Insert lollipop sticks.
- Combine all vanilla icing ingredients in a large shallow bowl and beat until creamy. Icing will be thin.
- Let guests "dip" the tops of their rolls into the icing OR drizzle icing over all. If desired, serve with various toppings for sprinkling over rolls.
MINI CINNAMON ROLLS RECIPE

- In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flour, yeast and salt.
- In a small microwave safe bowl (or glass measuring cup), combine the sugar, butter, water and milk. Heat in the microwave until the mixture is hot and the butter is almost melted (it took about 1 minute on HIGH in my microwave). Let the mixture come down to 120 degrees. Gradually add the milk mixture into the flour mixture. Add the egg and mix until a soft and sticky dough forms.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- If using a stand mixer, switch to the dough hook and set on the lowest mixing setting for 4 minutes or until the dough becomes elastic or knead by hand on a lightly floured surface for 3-4 minutes. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow it to rest on the counter for 10 minutes.
- Once the dough has rested, roll it out on a lightly floured surface until it measures a 24x16 inch rectangle. Prepare the filling by combining all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl except for the butter. Spread the butter over the top of the rolled dough, then cover with the filling. Using a pizza roller/cutter, cut out 24 strips of dough (show in pictures below). Roll each up into a tight roll.
- Place the rolls into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish and gently place a piece of aluminum foil over top. Turn OFF your oven and place the covered rolls inside to rise for 45 minutes.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and turn ON your oven to 375 degrees. Once heated, remove the foil and bake the rolls for 15-18 minutes or until the centers are lightly golden brown in color.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before frosting. While rolls are cooling, prepare the frosting by combining all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and beating by hand or with a hand mixer until smooth. Spread over the tops of the rolls.

- Spray a silicone egg bites mold or small (12-cup) mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread the crescent dough out on a lightly floured surface. Press the perforations to seal and roll it out into an 8-by-12-inch rectangle. Spread 3 tablespoons of butter over the dough. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the cinnamon and the brown sugar. With the short end facing you, cut the dough horizontally into 12 strips, each 1 inch wide. Roll each strip up to form a spiral. Place the rolls spiral side up in the prepared pan. If using a silicone egg bites mold you may need to work in batches.
- Place the pan or silicone mold in a 6-quart air fryer. Cook at 325 degrees F until deeply golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the icing. Microwave the remaining 1 tablespoon butter in a microwave-safe cup until melted, about 15 seconds. Combine the confectioners' sugar, milk, vanilla and remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl. Whisk in the melted butter until smooth. Set aside.
- Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool for 3 minutes before removing them from the pan. Drizzle the frosting over the warm rolls and serve.

- Preheat oven according to crescent roll dough package directions. Place half the dough (4 triangles) side by side on a cutting board then pinch all the seams together. Flip then pinch the seams on the back side together.
- Using a rolling pin, smooth the seams and roll the dough into a square about 1/4" thick. Brush with half the butter then sprinkle with as much cinnamon and brown sugar as you want. Roll into a log then cut into 8 pieces.
