- Measure out and mix the peanut butter, egg, and almond flour thoroughly in a mug or bowl with at least a 1/2c capacity.
- Microwave for about 60 seconds until the center is spongy.
- Let cool for a short time & enjoy plain or topped with your favorite jam, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, yogurt, or other toppings of choice.

Steps:
- Cream sugar and butter together.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir flour and cocoa together, then add into egg mixture.
- Mix well.
- Grease a GLASS pie pan and then coat with sugar.
- Pour brownie mixture into sugared pie pan.
- Microwave 4&1/2- 5 minutes.
- Let sit until cool.
- Optional:To sprinkle powder sugar over the top of the brownie.

- Add the butter and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl and cook on High for 30 secs to melt. Remove from the microwave and stir thoroughly. Allow to cool slightly then add the egg and stir to combine. Grease with butter and line a second microwaveable round dish (about 15cm wide) with cling film. Tip the peanut butter mix into the lined dish then sieve in the cocoa powder and flour and tip in the sugar. Mix gently to form a thick, sticky paste. Smooth the top of the mixture with the back of a large spoon.
- Using a teaspoon, make crater-holes in the top of the brownie mixture and fill each generously with jam as it will melt and bubble down when cooked. Pop in the microwave for 3-4 mins on High. Remove and leave to cool for 15 mins (it will carry on cooking as it cools) then enjoy!

Steps:
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients.
- Mix both.
- Bake immediately at 375 in a loaf pan for 25-30 minutes.
- Check at 20 minutes, if already brown on top then cover with foil the last 5-10 minutes.

- This size loaf lasts me (one person) a week which is perfect because after that it starts to get moldy.
- I use this bread for everything - sandwiches, to make french toast, to make stuffing, to eat as a snack, etc.
- You can always substitute 1 1/2 cups of your favorite all-purpose grain free flour.
- You can adapt this into cornbread, instead of 3/4 cup rice flour just use 3/4 cup corn meal.

- In the bowl of a food processor, add in the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, protein powder, flaxseed meal, oats, cinnamon and chia seeds. Pulse together until well combined. Add in chocolate chips (and coconut if using) and pulse a few more times. Use a medium cookie scoop or your hands to grab dough and roll into 10 balls, place in an airtight container.
- To make without food processor: add wet ingredients to a medium bowl, mix to combine. Add in dry ingredients and mix together until combined. I usually have to use my hands to mix and work with the dough. At this point you should be able to form balls that stick together. Because all peanut butter/nut butter consistencies are different and depending on what protein powder you use, you may need to add in more nut butter or sweetener to help the balls stick together.
