My question is can I go lower (ie. 10 or 9 grains). Unique is a pretty fast powder, and I have seen load data for cast bullets down to 6-8 grain range. Just curious.

The loading data that came from speer with the bullets indicated that 19 gr of 2400 was max when the bullet is loaded to the bottom crimp groove for revolvers. Your WFNCG bullets should load to about the same internal space in the case.
