Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the mail, cottage cheese, Parmesan, eggs, egg whites, salt and pepper.
- Place the pie plate on a baking pan; spread the spinach over the pie crust, then pour the filling over the spinach.
- Bake 15 minutes; reduce the oven temperature to 350ºF and bake until the filling is set, 20 minutes longer. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving.

Nice low point quiche that no one will know is a Weight Watcher recipe. No crust, it is not as eggy or custardy as traditional quiches, but very good.

- Preheat oven - 350°F Spray a 9" pie plate with cooking spray.
- Melt margarine in a large non-stick skillet. Then add the broccoli, onions and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes until sof, stirring constantly.
- Mix together flour and baking powder. Then mix in the egg stubstitute and milk; sitr together until not large lumps are present.
- Add cheese and the broccoli mixture and pour into the prepared pie plate.
- Bake about 35 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

This is a recipe I came up with because I love broccoli and I like to stick to 3-4 pts for breakfast when I am on Weight Watchers. This quiche and 1 low fat english muffin keep me full until lunch.

Steps:
- Thaw, rinse and drain broccoli.
- Put 1/2 of broccoli in 11x7 glass pan sprayed with Pam.
- Put 1/2 onion, 1/2 pepper and all of cheese on top of that.
- Put remaining broccoli, onion and pepper on top of that.
- Blend egg beaters, milk, bisquick, salt, pepper and garlic in a blender until smooth.
- Pour mixture over broccoli in pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cut into 6 pieces when cool.
