4 INGREDIENT BLUEBERRY BANANA OATMEAL MUFFINS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 12-count muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Add all the ingredients to a food process, and process until evenly creamy.
- Using an ice cream scoop, fill each muffin tin well to the top with batter.
- Place in the oven, and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.
- Enjoy warm!

Steps:
- Spray 12 large muffin cups with Pam or use paper cups.
- Combine first 7 dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Beat egg whites, banana and melted margarine together until smooth.
- Add banana mixture to dry ingredients.
- Stir just until moistened.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups almost full.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
