EASY FOUR CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• If using frozen spinach, thaw it completely then squeeze out any excess moisture. If using fresh, wilt the spinach in a large pan then allow to cool completely before squeezing out any excess moisture.
• Combine the spinach with room temperature cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese and grated Parmesan and mozzarella.
• Add all the seasonings then mix well.
• Transfer the mixture to an oven-proof pan, skillet or pie dish and top with more grated Parmesan.
• Place in a hot oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbling.
• Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes then serve with baguette toasts.

COPYCAT KELSEYS' 4 CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan, and Romano with a hand or stand mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Add the red bell pepper and green onion and mix on medium-low until just mixed in. Add the spinach and mix on low. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and top with cheddar cheese and cayenne. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are bubbly. Remove the dish from the oven and let sit for 5-7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges or tortilla chips.

4 CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Mix first 4 ingredients with hand or stand mixer on medium until softened and well mixed.
• Add next two ingredients and mix on med-low until just incorporated.
• Add spinach and mix on low until just incorporated.
• Transfer mixture to a small ovenproof dish and sprinkling cayenne on top to taste. Top with cheddar. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
• Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 - 7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges and tortilla chips.

4 CHEESE WARM SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Mix all the ingredients together in a microwavable bowl, microwave until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Put into a hollowed out sour dough bowl.

Steps:

• Mix parm, romano, cream cheese & garlic powder well. Add chopped veggies. Then add spinach. Mix well. Put into a shallow baking dish so that the dip is no more than about an inch deep. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with tortillia chips or pita triangles. Delish!

4-CHEESE SPINACH-ARTICHOKE DIP

Steps:

• Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, and any marinade oil that remains after chopping them. Add onion, garlic, pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes; cook, stirring regularly so it doesn't burn on the bottom, until spinach has wilted and mixture is wet, about 3 minutes.
• Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, processed cheese, and Cheddar cheese. Stir occasionally and allow to simmer, uncovered, until cheeses have melted and some of the water from the spinach has cooked off, about 3 more minutes. This allows the herbs and spices to infuse their flavor into the dip. Serve hot.

CREAMY CHEESY SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
• Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until lightly browned, 4 to 7 minutes. Add spinach and simmer until spinach is hot, about 5 minutes. Drain any liquid from the mixture and transfer to a bowl.
• Pour milk into pot and return pot to medium heat. Melt cream cheese into the milk; cook and stir together about 3 minutes. Return spinach mixture to pot with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese; stir to combine. Season the mixture with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
• Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown on top, 20 to 25 minutes.

PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Mix cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix in medium bowl until blended.
• Stir in remaining ingredients.
• Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
