Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Halve the radishes lengthwise and place them in a bowl. Toss with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the radishes to the prepared baking sheet and bake until tender and a little golden, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the lemon juice on top and serve immediately.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Wash the radishes and trim off the greens, saving a few leaves for a garnish.
- Cut the radishes lengthwise. Toss them in a bowl with the olive oil, finely grated garlic clove, kosher salt and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the radishes on top cut-side down and roast for 16 to 20 minutes until the largest radish is tender when pierced with a fork at the thickest point (exact time depends on the size of the radishes).
- Very finely chop about 1 radish leaf into a garnish, and sprinkle over the top. Serve warm.

- In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil until shimmering. Add the radishes, season with salt and pepper and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned in spots, about 2 minutes. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the radishes for 15 minutes, until crisp-tender.
- Return the skillet to the burner and stir in the butter to coat the radishes. Add the radish greens and cook over moderate heat until they are wilted, about 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice and season with salt. Serve the radishes right away.
