Steps:
- Mix the flour, cayenne and salt together in a bowl.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with flour mixture until they are evenly coated (or you can do it the Shake n' Bake way and put it all in a large and coat 5 or so wings at a time so they get evenly covered).
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Make Wingers Freakin Amazing Sauce (below)
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees.
- Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown.
- Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add sauce mixture and stir together.
- Heat up hot sauce, brown sugar, and water in a saucepan until all the sugar dissolves.
- Remove sauce from heat and allow it to cool to room temperature before adding to wings OR prepare ahead of time and refrigerate.
- The wings turn out best if you don't pour warm sauce over them. You want it nice and thick.

BEST HOT WING SAUCE IN AMERICA
This sauce is simply the best one that I have ever used! My family really enjoys this on wings and other things. Try something off the wall and fry up some potatoes and put this sauce on for a treat, or try using it as a toasted bread dipping sauce for a unique treat!

BUFFALO CHICKEN WING SAUCE
If you know someone from Buffalo, they know someone who told them the secret ingredients to the Anchor Bar's famous Buffalo chicken wings. I know people from Buffalo. This is my version, as described to me many years ago, over almost as many beers.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Mix the Louisiana hot sauce, butter, vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed. Set aside.
- Pour oil a few inches deep in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pan and heat to 375 F. Add the wings in batches and fry for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Drain the wings on paper towels. Repeat with remaining wings.
- Preheat the oven to 300 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- When all the wings are cooked, place them into a large bowl and pour the sauce over the hot wings. Cover the bowl with a lid, and shake it to completely coat the wings. You can also toss the wings and sauce with a spoon or spatula.
- Slide the wings onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 2 to 3 minutes to make them extra crispy and allow the sauce to adhere.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing on the side and enjoy.

WINGER'S WING SAUCE
This sauce tastes exactly like Winger's wing sauce. Sweet and delicious. I found this recipe on copykat.com I haven't tried it yet but I love Winger's sauce so I'll be trying it soon. Winger's wing sauce is great on more than just wings. I use it on chicken breast sandwiches, chicken and rice and even on veggies. It's got a sweet taste and goes great on just about anything.

Steps:
- Using a sauce pan on low heat from the stove add all the ingredients. Stir slowly. The stove doesn't need to be hot because all we're doing is melting the brown sugar into Frank's Red Hot.
- After a few minutes all the brown sugar should have dissolved into the sauce. If it needs thickening add more brown sugar or let stand.
- There is no step three. It's that easy.

WINGIN' IT: 25 CHICKEN WING SAUCES, RANKED FROM WORST TO BEST
From therecipe.com
- Buffalo. Buffalo wings are the original. they are the undisputed king of chicken wing flavors, and they have stood the test of time for good reason. While some wings might just utilize a hot sauce on its own, real buffalo wings are made with a combination of melted butter and hot sauce, delivering a flavor that is both savory and spicy.
- Sweet Chili. More than any other sauce on this list, sweet chili offer the most perfect balance of sweet and spicy. This wing sauce, if you can find a place that has it, has to be on your list to try.
- Nashville Hot. Nashville hot chicken has always been one of the city's signature dishes, combining fried chicken with an extra spicy flour dredge with a sauce made from even more spice and fat (usually lard, but sometimes butter) to create an incredibly spicy fried chicken that can really knock your socks off.
- Honey Garlic. Honey garlic is the go-to to wing sauce when you're not in the mood for something too spicy. It's got a nice balance of flavors, blending the rich savory flavor of garlic with the sweetness of honey.
- BBQ. What's better with meat than a good old-fashioned barbecue sauce? Sure, it may often play second fiddle to the hotter or sweeter wing sauces, but depending on where you go, the barbecue wings might just be your best bet.
- Mango Habanero. For something that has a similar heat signature to ghost pepper but won't melt your face off (figuratively speaking), why not try a mango habanero sauce?
- Ghost Pepper. It's hard to even think about the fact that the ghost pepper isn't even the hottest pepper out there anymore (that distinction now goes to the Carolina Reaper).
- Lemon Pepper. Lemon pepper wings were traditionally just a dry-rubbed wing, originating in Atlanta before becoming more popular. this is partly due to them being mentioned on Donald Glover's FX show, Atlanta, which highlighted a particular kind of lemon pepper wing: the lemon pepper wet from JR Crickets.
- Medium. When the mild is too mild and the hot is too hot, every wing connoisseur knows exactly where to land: medium. This milder hot sauce is always a crowd pleaser.
- Adobo. You may recognize adobo from its supporting role in canned chipotle peppers, but the truth about it is that it has so many great applications (besides helping to preserve those tasty, spicy smoked jalapenos).
