Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly spray 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- For topping, combine sugars, cinnamon and macadamia pieces; set aside.
- For cake, in medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar using electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until blended. Alternately add flour mixture and sour cream to butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Spread half of cake mixture in pan. Sprinkle half of topping over cake mixture; repeat with remaining cake mixture and topping.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center is clean when removed. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely. Cut into squares to serve.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F Grease and flour 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Prepare CRUMB TOPPING; set aside.
- CAKE: Beat 6 tablespoons butter, 3/4 cup granulated sugar and 3/4 cup brown sugar until well blended.
- Stir together 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; beat into butter mixture.
- Gradually add milk, egg and vanilla, beating until thoroughly blended.
- Pour 1/2 batter into prepared pan; top with 1/2 CRUMB TOPPING. Gently spread remaining batter over topping. Sprinkle remaining topping over batter.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Prepare WHITE DRIZZLE; drizzle over cake.
- CRUMB TOPPING: Combine 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 6 tablespoons firm butter or margarine and 1-1/3 cups (8-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips and Macadamia Pieces in medium bowl. Mix until crumbly.
- WHITE DRIZZLE: Beat together 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 2 to 3 teaspoons milk, 1 teaspoon softened butter and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. If necessary, add additional milk 1/2 teaspoon at a time until of desired consistency.

MACADAMIA NUT WHITE CHIP PUMPKIN COOKIES
I'm not sure where I got this recipe from originally but the combinations fascinated me. When I went to make them I didn't have any cardamom (and almost past out when I saw the price of a little bottle!) so I used 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1/4 tsp. ginger in place of it. I loved the results! If I every can afford the cardamom (ha ha!) I'll try the recipe again as written.

- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl until creamy.
- Beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla until well mixed; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts.
- Drop by rounded Tbls. onto greased baking sheet; flatten slightly with back of spoon or greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 11-14 minutes.

CINNAMON NUT COFFEE CAKE
I have not tried this coffeecake. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe in Taste Of Home Quick Cooking 2006. I plan to use Splenda for baking for the sugar, a homemade cake mix, and sugar free pudding. I do not plan to use a glaze.

- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup pecans, sugar, raisins and cinnamon; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil, butter flavoring, vanilla and remaining pecans. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with reserved pecan mixture. Carefully spread remaining batter over top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
- In a bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and butter flavoring; add enough milk to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over coffeecake.

- To make the topping: In a small bowl, add the sugar and flour.
- With a pastry blender, cut in the shortening until mixture is like coarse crumbs.
- Add in walnuts; stir and set aside.
- To make the cake: In a mixing bowl, cream the shortening, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add in the eggs, beating well.
- In another bowl, add the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir to combine.
- Add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream; stir well after each addition.

- Melt butter in a large saucepan.
- Add sugar, corn syrup, and water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring now and then, to hard-crack stage (300 F on your candy thermometer)- watch carefully after temperature reaches 280°F.
- Quickly stir in coarsely chopped nuts; spread in well-greased 13x9 inch pan.
- Cool thoroughly.
- Turn out on waxed paper; spread top with the melted chocolate; sprinkle with half the finely chopped nuts.
- Cover with waxed paper; invert; spread with melted cinnamon chips.
- Sprinkle top with remaining nuts.
- (Unless you want to get creative and swirl 1/2 of each(melted chocolate and melted cinnamon) into each other!).
- If necessary, chill to firm.
- Break into pieces.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In medium bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well, set aside.
- In a large bowl with a mixer blend sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix to until it forms a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until fully combined.
- Add the flour mixture, macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips, and blend on low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Move immediately to cooling rack.
