VELVEETA MONKEY BREAD
Velveeta is the main ingredient in these delicious monkey pull-apart appetizer. Topped with a mixture of butter dry mustard,cayenne and Parmesan cheese. This makes a great appetizer.

- Preheat oven to 350^. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray; and set aside. In a medium bowl combine dry mix spices; set aside.
- Slice 12 discs of dough from each tube of biscuits. Set discs on a flat surface and roll cheese cube in the bacon bits then set one cube of Velveeta cheese in the center of each piece of dough. wrap edges of dough up and around the cheese so all that is visible is the top side of cheese cube.
- Dip cheese side of 12 dough-wrapped cheese cubes in the melted butter then,place cheese -side -up, in bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with a little of the dry mix. Top with remaining dough-wrapped cheese cubes, cheese side down ;brush with a little butter and sprinkle on a little dry mix. Bake in oven for 40 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter and top with the remaining butter and sprinkle remaining dry mixture. serve.

- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix butter and sugar until blended; set aside. Combine dry pudding mix and cinnamon until blended.
- Drizzle 2 Tbsp. of the sugar mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Layer 1/3 of the biscuit pieces, sugar mixture and pudding mixture in pan; repeat layers twice.
- Bake 25 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 5 min. Invert bread onto plate; remove pan. Serve bread warm.

- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Dip 1/3 of the biscuit pieces in butter; place in prepared pan. Top with 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup peppers and 1/4 tsp. parsley; repeat layers.
- Cover with remaining dipped biscuit pieces, peppers and parsley; top with combined mozzarella and remaining cheddar.
- Bake 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 5 min. Invert bread onto plate; remove pan. Serve bread warm.

- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Cut bread lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 3 pieces. Place on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Microwave pizza sauce in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. Stir in VELVEETA. Microwave 2-1/2 min. or until VELVEETA is completed melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Spread onto bread; top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake 20 min. or until mozzarella is melted and lightly browned.

I was tired of eating the same plan meatloaf, so I decided to give it a twist, and stuff it with cheese......

Steps:
- Pre heat over at 325°F.
- Mix ground beef, onion, garlic powder, eggs, bread crumbs bbq sauce, and worcestershire sauce together.
- Form into a loaf, place in a baking bag, and put it in a small roaster.
- Bake 1 hr, then pull loaf out of the baking bag and place on cookie sheet.
- Melt velveeta cheese on stove top, use low heat or it will burn.
- Cut the top of the meatloaf making a deep well. Keep it 1 whole piece.
- DO NOT scoop the meat out with a spoon, because the top will go back on the loaf.
- Pour the melted cheese in the meatloaf, and place the piece of hamburger back on the meatloaf.
- Mix together the sauce, and pour over meatloaf.
- Place back in the over for 20 to 30 minutes.
