Velveeta Italian Seasoned Chicken Campfire Packets Food

VELVEETA® EASY CHICKEN CAMPFIRE PACKS

Steps:

• Spray 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray; top with chicken, Italian seasoning and vegetables. Fold to make 4 packets.
• Grill 15 min. or until chicken is done. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.
• Top ingredients (still in packets) with VELVEETA. (No need to refold packets to seal.) Grill 5 min. or until VELVEETA is melted.

VELVEETA® ITALIAN CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

Steps:

• Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
• Meanwhile, cook and stir onions and peppers in Dutch oven or large deep skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes, broth and tomato paste. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Add VELVEETA; cook 1 min. or until VELEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently.
• Drain spaghetti. Add to sauce in skillet along with the chicken; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

CAMPFIRE CHICKEN PACKETS

Steps:

• For each packet, place a 10 inches long piece of aluminum foil on the counter. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
• Place sliced potato on the foil. Season them with salt & pepper to taste.
• Top with onions, peppers, then the chicken.
• Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on top of the chicken. Season chicken with salt & pepper.
• Wrap the aluminum foil up tightly, making sure there are no tears or "leaks". Double wrap the packets in foil if necessary.
• Grill at 400 for 35 minutes, or until done. Or, cook over an open fire.

HERB-CRUSTED CHICKEN AND VELVEETA SHELLS & CHEESE

Steps:

• Combine Italian seasoning and garlic powder; sprinkle evenly over both sides of chicken breasts.
• Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken; cook 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through and evenly browned on both sides, turning occasionally.
• Meanwhile, prepare the VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner. Serve with chicken.

EASY BAKED ITALIAN CHICKEN AND VEGGIE FOIL PACKETS

Steps:

• Pre-heat oven to 400F.
• In a large bowl combine or ziplock bag, combine all the ingredients and mix until fully combined.
• Cut and lay out 2 12x12 inch (app.) squares of aluminum foil on a sheet pan. Place half the mixture on each foil and gently fold the foil around ingredients to form a tight seal.
• Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with a side of rice or noodles.

HEALTHY GRILLED CHICKEN-AND-RICE FOIL PACKS

Steps:

• Prepare a grill for medium heat.
• Put the chicken, beans, rice, salsa, pickled jalapenos, tomato paste, chili powder, turmeric and 3/4 teaspoon salt in a large bowl and toss to combine. Divide the chicken-rice mixture evenly among the pie pans, spreading it out in an even layer. Pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth into each pie pan.
• Cover each pan tightly with foil. Put the pans on the grill, close the grill lid and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
• Carefully remove the foil from each pan (hot steam will escape). The liquid should be absorbed, the rice tender and the chicken cooked through. Sprinkle each with some scallions.
