- Combine rice, meat and beans with spices and grill seasoning. Form 4 big patties from the meat and bean mixture then heat 1 tablespoon oil, a turn of the pan, in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
- While burgers cook, combine avocado with garlic, lime zest and juice, jalapeno and red onion. Mash to roughly combine, then stir in the sour cream.
- Place burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato and top with sour cream guacamole.

Steps:
- Put the wholemeal bread and walnuts in a food processor and pulse to make fine crumbs.
- Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork and microwave for 5-10 mins until soft. Cut in half and scrape the cooked centres into the food processor with the bread and walnut crumbs. Make sure the beans are drained thoroughly then add them to the processor with the paprika, cumin, onion granules, and tomato puree. Season generously and pulse until the mixture is mostly smooth and holding together. Divide the mix into 4 patties and chill for 20 mins to firm up.
- Meanwhile make the side salad by mixing the cucumber, carrot, coriander, lime juice and rapeseed oil together. Season and put to one side.
- Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the patties and fry for 4-5 mins on each side until golden and hot through. Place a small handful of rocket into each burger bun. Top with the tomato slices, burgers, and then avocado. Add a dollop of coconut yogurt or burger sauce of your choice. Serve with the carrot and cucumber salad alongside.

- -In bowl, put in beans (blended, mashed or whole)
- -Add onion, garlic and jalepeno, bread crumbs, salsa, spices and turkey with
- the beans and blend. (You can saute onions, garlic and jalepeno if you like,.
- but not necessary. If you do drain it or plan on sloppy joes. Good also!).
- -Mix 1 Celsius brown rice flour and 1/2 c ground flax seed for coating on plate.
- -Make nice size 2.5 or 3 inch patties, They will be a little loose, so put one at
- a time on the plate of flour & flax seed. Pull mixture up and over burger with.
- fingers. Pick up burger and put in large pre-heated skillet with olive oil.
- (They stay together better this way). Continue making burgers until all are
- done.
- - Medium heat with frequent checking and one turn is best. Make sure they
- are thoroughly cooked and a little crispy.
- -Be careful turning burgers over. They will be loose, but a wide spatula.

Toss the remaining ingredients into the bowl with beans and mix thoroughly.
