Tropical Melon Jell O Gelatin Dessert Food

TROPICAL MELON JELL-O GELATIN DESSERT

Steps:

• In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of hot water and dissolve the JELL-O Tropical Fusion Flavor Gelatin. When the gelatin is dissolved add one cup of cold water and combine.
• Pour the gelatin into a 6 X 4 inchs round gelatin mold and refrigerate until the gelatin sets but not firm (gelatin should stick to finger when touched). (Takes around 2-3 hours.)
• Then prepare the JELL-O Melon Fusion Flavor Gelatin following same steps as described above and refrigerate for another 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
• Spoon over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
• Take the Tropical Melon JELL-O Dessert out of the fridge, unmold and plate.
• Decorate with the fruits and the mint leaves as shown in the picture.

TROPICAL RAINBOW DESSERT

Steps:

• In a small bowl, dissolve one package of strawberry gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water. Divide among 12 dessert dishes and refrigerate until set, or pour into a 3-qt. gelatin mold coated with cooking spray and refrigerate until set but not firm, 20-25 minutes., In a small bowl, dissolve remaining package of strawberry gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and scant 1/2 cup cream of coconut; stir. Spoon over the first layer. Chill until set but not firm, 20-25 minutes., Repeat six times, alternating plain gelatin layers with creamy gelatin layers. Chill each layer until set but not firm before spooning next layer on top. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Unmold onto a serving platter.

STRAWBERRY TROPICAL FRUIT GELATIN DESSERT

Steps:

• 1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil, remove from heat. Add Jello and stir for about two minutes until dissolved. Pour into a blender or a food processor. Add cream cheese and mix on high until well blended.
• 2. Add ice water to Jello mixture and mix on high until well blended. Add tropical fruit and pulse a few times until fruit is in smaller pieces.
• 3. Pour into a Jello mold pan or and 8 X 8 casserole dish and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares or spoon into a dessert dish and serve. You may add a dollop of whipped topping, if desired.

CREAMY JELL-O MOSAIC DESSERT

Steps:

• Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor of fruit gelatin mix in separate bowls; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
• Meanwhile, stir unflavored gelatine into 1-1/2 cups milk; let stand 5 min. or until gelatine is softened. Bring 2 cups of the remaining milk just to boil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar and unflavored gelatin mixture; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; cool 5 min. Add sour cream, vanilla and remaining milk; whisk until blended. Refrigerate 30 min. or until cooled but not firm.
• Cut flavored gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes; place in 12-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Pour milk mixture over gelatin cubes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until gelatin is firm. Unmold before serving.

JELL-O TROPICAL JEWEL DESSERT

Steps:

• Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor gelatin mix in separate bowls; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour each flavor into separate 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
• Meanwhile, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, fruit cocktail and orange zest; refrigerate until ready to use.
• Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes; place in medium bowl. Add milk mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with coconut just before serving.
