1 bottle (32 ounces) cranberry juice, chilled
1 liter ginger ale, chilled
1 cup chilled tropical fruit punch
1 cup chilled orange juice
Assorted fresh fruit or edible flowers, optional

Steps:

  • Just before serving, combine the first 4 ingredients in a punch bowl. If desired, garnish with fruit or edible flowers.

1 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1-1/4 cups orange juice, divided
1 cup sliced mango
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
6 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup of the orange juice in small saucepan; let stand 1 min. Cook on low heat 1 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  • Place remaining 1 cup orange juice, the gelatine mixture, mango, banana and ice cubes in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.

  • Add ice and top with ginger beer. Stir to combine, and serve.

5 ounces tropical fruit salad, in natural juices canned, pureed*
1 orange, juice of
3 ounces peach-flavored vodka
4 teaspoons sugar
ice
canned pineapple chunk, for garnish

Steps:

  • Equipment:.
  • Blender.
  • Preparation:
  • Do ahead: Purée entire can of tropical fruit salad in blender. Transfer purée to a separate bowl/pitcher. Rinse blender bowl and return to base.
  • For two cocktail drinks: Add to blender the juice of one orange, peach-flavored vodka, tropical fruit salad purée and sugar. Fill serving glass with ice, pour ice into blender and repeat adding another glass of ice. Blend well. Pour into cocktail glasses. Garnish with canned pineapple wedges.
  • Tip: Try substituting cranberry juice in the place of vodka for a non-alcoholic treat for the kids to enjoy.
  • Serving glass: 14-ounce cocktail glass (daiquiri/poco grande).
