Tricolor Melon Salad With Yogurt Honey Dressing Food

TRI COLORE SALAD

Steps:

• Combine all 3 lettuces in large bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Whisk the mustard, vinegar, and oil together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Top with some shavings of Parmesan.

FRESH FRUIT SALAD WITH HONEY VANILLA YOGURT

Steps:

• Combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl and set aside. Combine the orange juice and banana slices in a separate bowl. Add the berries and grapes and gently mix the fruit mixture together. Spoon the fruit into serving bowls and top with the yogurt.

MARGARITA MELON SALAD

Steps:

• Many markets sell halved melons and wedges of watermelon, making it easy to prepare this salad closer to desired amounts.
• Combine lime juice, tequila, liqueur, and sugar in a bowl. Add melons and toss to coat with tequila and lime. Serve in shallow bowls.

HONEY-MELON SALAD WITH BASIL

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine cantaloupe and honeydew. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. In a small bowl, whisk honey, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour over melon cubes just before serving; toss to coat. Stir in basil and, if desired, dried cranberries. Serve with a slotted spoon.

MELON SALAD WITH ORANGE-HONEY DRESSING

Steps:

• Peel melons; discard seeds and membranes.
• Cut each melon half lengthwise into 8 slices.
• Divide melon and grapes evenly among 4 lettuce lined salad plates.
• Combine yogurt, honey and juice concentrate; stir well.
• Drizzle 1/4 cup yogurt mixture over each salad; sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
