3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a Touch of PHILADELPHIA
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • 1. COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • 2. MEANWHILE, cook sausage in deep large skillet on medium-high heat 10 to 12 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Drain; return sausage to skillet.
  • 4. Add spinach and tomatoes; cook 2 min. or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. DRAIN pasta; return to pan.
  • 6. Add sausage mixture and cheeses; mix lightly.

1/2 lb Italian sausage, casing removed (hot or mild)
7 cups Baby Spinach (or 1-6 oz package)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • cook past as directed.
  • Meanwhile, crumble meat into large deep skillet.
  • Cook on med-high until cooked through, stirring occasionally, drain.
  • Add spinach, and tomatoes.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat, cover to keep warm.
  • Drain pasta and place in a large serving bowl.

3 pounds ripe fresh tomatoes
1 package (16 ounces) uncooked penne pasta
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon canola oil

1 tablespoon minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano or 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese

Steps:

  • To remove peels from tomatoes, fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Place tomatoes, one at a time, in boiling water for 30 seconds. Immediately plunge in ice water. Peel skins with a sharp paring knife and discard. Chop pulp; set aside. , Cook pasta according to package directions. 250 g fusilli (You can also use rigatoni or penne)
3 large tomatoes
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 cup red pasta sauce
1 pinch dried basil
1 pinch dried oregano
3 cups Baby Spinach
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta and cook until al dente, 8 to 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, coarsely chop the tomatoes and onion and mince the garlic.
  • Lightly oil a large, wide saucepan and set over medium heat.
  • When hot, add the onion and garlic.
  • Stir often until the onion starts to soften, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the pasta sauce and tomatoes.
  • Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, until the tomatoes start to break down, 4 to 6 minutes.
  • Taste, then add the herbs, if needed.
  • If the pasta has not finished cooking, reduce the heat to low to keep the sauce warm.
  • When the pasta is cooked, drain well.
  • Stir into the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Add the spinach and stir just until wilted, 1 minute.
  • Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan.
