I'm a huge Toblerone fan. Every year, my parents give us each a 1 kg. bar as our stocking stuffers for Christmas. (So that they don't have to get any other little things -- nothing else fits in the stocking after that!) Here's another recipe for all you Toblerone lovers out there. Or fudge lovers, or chocolate lovers -- it's pretty universal!!!

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed!!!!!)
1 (400 g) Toblerone chocolate bars, broken into pieces

Steps:

Line an 8-inch square pan with wax or parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over sides of pan; set aside.
Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large, heavy saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes, continuing to stir constantly, and remove from heat.
Add chocolate and stir until completely melted. Pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove fudge from pan, using paper handles.
Cut into 25 squares. Store in tightly covered container in the fridge.

This sauce is so tasty, and so incredibly easy. Have the chocolate chopped and waiting, and you can prepare this and serve to dinner guests before the coffee has brewed.

2 toblerone chocolate candy bars (see directions)
1/2 cup whipping cream (heavy cream)

Steps:

Toblerone chocolate bars are a swiss milk-chocolate bar containing bits of nuts and nougat.
Chop up Toblerone bars, and place in a four-cup glass measuring cup; pour in cream.
Microwave, on High, for one minute; stir.
If chocolate is not completely melted, continue to microwave on High at 5-second intervals, stirring, until melted (the short time bursts are to ensure the sauce doesn't burn).
Pour over ice cream right away and serve, or refrigerate until needed; you will have to warm it up again, though, if you chill it.

2/3 cup heavy cream
4 (3 1/3 ounce) Toblerone chocolate bars, finely chopped
1 tablespoon cognac or 1 tablespoon Frangelico

Steps:

In a medium saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer.
Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate.
Let stand long enough for the chocolate to begin to melt, about 3 minutes.
Add the liqueur and whisk until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a ceramic fondue pot or chafing dish and keep warm.
Serve with dipping ingredients such as pound cake, angel food cake, strawberries, sliced peaches, or bananas.
