RAINBOW PUNCH
I can't think of a better, or prettier, punch then this one. The sherbet not only adds color but also gives the punch a creamy taste.

- In a punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice and orange juice. Just before serving, add scoops of orange, lime and raspberry sherbets. Carefully pour ginger ale over sherbet; mix gently.

SHARK ATTACK PUNCH
This drink was huge at a bar in Peoria, IL called Gilligan's Tropical Hideaway. It was served in plastic fishbowls. We also poured Grenadine into plastic sharks and dumped them into the fishbowl. Looked just like a SHARK ATTACK! This drink is a guideline, we used blueberry Kool-aid but they don't make it anymore, so I substituted Schnapps. Mix to taste. Happy drinking.

QUAKER PUNCH
Quakers abhor violence, and many abjure alcohol, although most believe in 'temperance' rather than 'abstinence'. However, they have no objections to double entendres. This is a lovely, refreshing summer time drink. I made it by the gallon for an August wedding last year and it was a big hit.

Steps:
- Bruise the mint.
- Add the ginger and teabags.
- Pour over the boiling water, cover and steep for 6 or 7 minutes.
- Strain and discard the solids.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining water and sugar just until the sugar is dissolved.
- Mix with the tea brew.
- Add the juice of the lemons and oranges, and strain.
- Serve chilled, over ice.
- (I don't mind chunky drinks, so I don't bother to strain it the second time).
