Symphony Brownies Food
"SYMPHONY" BROWNIES
A "chocoholic's" dream come true. I was looking through the brownies on the 'Zaar' this morning and found ONLY 232; so I decided to add two more that are a bit different (this and Bourbon Brownies). Hope you enjoy.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, or 325 degrees for glass baking dish.
- Lightly grease the bottom only of an 11 x 7 inch baking pan; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl prepare brownie mix according to directions on the package, using 2 eggs, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup oil.
- Stir until smooth.
- Spread half the batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Unwrap candy bars and place them on top of the batter.
- Top with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out with only a few moist crumbs clinging to it.
- Remove pan from oven and let cool on wire rack before cutting into squares or other shapes.
TOFFEE BROWNIES
These look absolutely divine! The Symphony bar is one of my favorite chocolate bars, so this will be a winner in my book!

Steps:
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions.
- Line a 13 by 9-inch cake pan with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray. Spoon in half of the brownie batter and smooth with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Place the candy bars side by side on top of the batter. Cover with the remaining batter.
- Bake according to package directions. Let cool completely, then lift from the pan using the edges of the foil. This makes it easy to cut the brownies into squares.

- Mix the brownies according to box directions. Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour 1/2 the brownie mix into the pan (it won't seem like very much!).
- Unwrap the 3 candy bars and place side by side on top of the batter in the pan. Don?t break or chop up the candy bars ? they will be whole.
- Pour the remainder of the brownie mix over the top.
- Bake according to directions on the brownie box. Let cool, cut, and serve.

- Spray an 8x8 baking dish lightly with cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
- Spread half of brownie batter in bottom of pan. Top with a layer of chocolate bars. Pour remaining brownie batter over top of chocolate bars and gently spread to cover.
- Place in 325 degree oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting. ENJOY! (and believe me, you will!)
