Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons oil, onion, and chard stems. Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 4 minutes. Stir in chard leaves, season with salt, and cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Wipe skillet; return to medium-high heat. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, and pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes with juices and simmer, breaking into pieces, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Season with salt.
- Spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. Top with 2 lasagna noodles, 3/4 cup sauce, one-third of chard mixture, and 1 cup cheese. Repeat layering twice. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and cheese. Loosely cover with parchment-lined foil. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until bubbly, about 15 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes, then slice and serve.

- Heat oven to 400°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in oregano, basil, tomato paste and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in baking dish. Spoon beef mixture evenly over top of cheese.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into dish.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese over top. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomatoes and basil leaves.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Soak the lasagna noodles in a bowl of hot water until they begin to soften, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chard stems and garlic and cook until golden, about 4 minutes. Add the chard leaves and cook until wilted, about 3 more minutes.
- Mix the ricotta, cream, egg, parmesan, basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
- Brush a 2-quart baking dish with oil and add 3 noodles in a single layer. Top with half of the ricotta mixture, chard and asiago. Repeat with the remaining noodles, ricotta mixture, chard and asiago. Cover with foil and bake until the cheese melts, about 20 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake until bubbly and golden, about 5 more minutes.

- In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the water, tomato paste, salt, rosemary and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. , Meanwhile, cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain. In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish, layer a third of the meat sauce, noodles and Swiss cheese. Repeat layers. Top with cottage cheese and the remaining Swiss cheese, noodles and sauce. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Sauté herbs and garlic until fragrant.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk and broth. Cook, over medium heat, until mixture comes to a boil, whisking frequently. Boil for one minute. Remove mixture from heat and stir in 1/2 cup of Gruyere cheese and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, broccoli, ham, remaining Parmesan cheese and egg.
- Lay a lasagna noodle flat and spread some of the ricotta cheese mixture down the middle. Roll the noddle up to create a spiral. Repeat for all noodles.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the cheese sauce into the bottom of the prepared pan. Place lasagna rolls on top of the cheese pan.
- Spoon remaining sauce on top of the noodles. Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp of Gruyere cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven or until golden brown.
BACON SWISS SQUARES

- Cook bacon on stovetop or microwave; crumble.
- Mix biscuit mix and water in a bowl for 20 strokes, or until just combined.
- Knead 10 times and place into the bottom of a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Spread dough evenly into bottom of dish and slighty up the sides.
- Place Swiss cheese in 1 layer over the dough, then top with crumbled bacon.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and onion powder and pour evenly over bacon.
- Bake at 425*, for 15-18 minutes or until tests done in center. Cut into squares and serve while hot.

SWISS CHOCOLATE SQUARES

- Break up the chocolate. Melt it, together with the butter, in a sauce pan.
- With a hand mixer, beat the egg yolks and sugar for at least 10 minutes until it becomes a light-colored thick mixture. Carefully fold in the liquid chocolate and butter. Flavor by adding the cognac. Beat the cream until it is stiff and fold into mixture.
- Line a 5 inch × 5 inch mold with cling film. Pour the mixture into the mold and keep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours to set.
- Before serving, remove from the mold. Use a wet knife dipped in hot water to cut into 1 inch square pieces. Dust with cocoa powder. It is essential to keep this dish cool until it is served.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Put all of the sauce ingredients (except corn starch and water) into a large sauce pan. Sirring constantly with a whisk, cook over medium heat. until all ingredients are melted and blended well. Bring to a low boil and add the cornstarch and water mixture. When thickened, remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Prepare all ingredients for assembly. Ladle about 3/4 of a cup of the sauce into a 9x13 inch lasagna pan. Put a layer of noodles over the sauce, press down to allow extra sauce to come up through the noodles and add a little more sauce to cover the noodles.
- 4. Generously sprinkle the cut up ham over the sauce. Sprinkle with some Swiss cheese. Add another layer of noodles. Add some sauce over the noodles. Put the well drained mixed vegetables over the noodles and sauce.
- 5. Add another layer of noodles. More sauce. and the rest of the ham and cheese.
- 6. Cover pan with tin foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove tin foil. Continue to bake about 20 minutes or until it is heated though and bubbly and has a light golden color on top.
- 7. Serve with a salad and buttered dark rye bread.
