SUPER EASY ORANGE CHICKEN
This easy orange chicken recipe only has five ingredients and takes 20 minutes to make. The secret is using shortcuts to make it. When it's done, you have a bowl of orange chicken that's delicious served over rice with a veggie.

Steps:
- Bake the popcorn chicken according to the package directions.
- While the chicken bakes, make the sauce. Combine the BBQ sauce, marmalade, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a saucepan. Heat it over medium heat and once it starts to bubble keep it on low until the chicken is done.
- Once the chicken is done baking, place it in a heat-proof bowl. Pour the sauce over the top and toss to coat the chicken. Serve with rice and veggies!

Steps:
- Slice chicken breast into cubes.
- In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken and stir to coat.
- Let marinate at least 1 hour.
- In a pan, heat oil on medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade with a slotted spoon, and cook all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add sauce ingredients to pan and bring to a boil, mixing continuously, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice if desired.
- Enjoy!

- In a saucepan, combine the marmalade, BBQ sauce, and the teriyaki sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Next, in another bowl, mix the flour and cornstarch.
- One by one dip the chicken cubes in the egg and then the flour mix. Put to the side.
- In a fry-pan over medium heat, add 1 cm (0.4 in) worth of oil. Once hot, add the chicken in batches and cook until crispy. Roughly 4-5 minutes.
- In a clean bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the prepared sauce.
- Serve & Enjoy.

A very easy version of orange chicken, and a very tasty one too. The chicken picks up such good flavor. I am not sure where I got this recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lay the chicken breast halves in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Combine the orange juice and onion soup mix and pour over the chicken.
- Bake, covered, 1 hour in preheated oven.
- Uncover and top with fresh orange slices. Bake 20 minutes longer.
- NOTE: I like to serve this with a green salad and rice with mushrooms.

REAL ORANGE CHICKEN

Steps:
- Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 350°F.
- Season both sides of chicken with salt, pepper and seasoning salt.
- Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch bite size pieces.
- In a mixing bowl or Ziploc bag, combine the flour, the remaining teaspoon salt and the granulated sugar.
- In another bowl whisk together the egg whites and water to create an egg wash (Note: If using All-Whites, you do not need to add water).
- Take handful of the chicken-bites and briefly dip and hand toss into the egg wash (coat well).
- Now toss the chicken around in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
- Deep fry for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown. Then set aside and drain excess grease.
- In a Wok, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
- While the chicken is frying, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger.
- Sauté or sweat the garlic and onions in the wok.
- Pour in the orange sauce. Heat orange sauce until boiling on high heat, then simmer on low heat.
- Add chicken to sauce.
- Let simmer for 10 minutes, occasionally turning over chicken for even coating. Chicken will soften and sauce will somewhat thicken as it simmers.
- Add dried red peppers during the last few minutes of simmering for spice.
- NOTE: For thicker sauce add more brown sugar. For more sauce, double sauce ingredients.
- Trick: For leftovers, refrigerate chicken separate from sauce so that the chicken doesn't get soggy.
- Serve over rice. Add stir-fry broccoli for traditional orange chicken meal. Enjoy!
