CITRUS SANGRIA
The wine shop I work for recently had a Sangria party for our customers. This was one of the recipes we used. It is best to allow this to sit overnight (add ice just before serving) but if you're in a rush it will still be good to drink right away.

WHITE WINE CITRUS SANGRIA
This is the most wonderful sangria I have ever made -- but I much prefer white wine in sangria to red wine. This is great for serving at a spring or summer party -- just watch out! It gets consumed quickly! And, of course, you can add additional fruit to your liking.

CITRUS SANGRIA
I only had white wine and I wanted sangria. I created this one. It's not very sweet. I used a sangria glass and I added 6-8 small ice cubes (mine are not cube LOL). You can use a pitcher or a measuring cup if you're not sure if it will fit in your glass. I used lime and mandarin vodka. You can use orange vodka, lemon vodka... Or maybe cranberry vodka.

Steps:
- Begin by macerating the fruit. Add half of the apples, grapefruit, lemon, blood orange and pears to a large pitcher and squeeze the lemon juice on top. Muddle the fruit using a wooden spoon. Add the remaining half of the fruits. Pour over the red wine, grappa, orange liqueur and stir. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours, or overnight if time allows. Add the orange juice and simple syrup, and then top off with the chilled club soda before serving.

TRADITIONAL RED WINE & CITRUS SANGRIA
Wonderfully refreshing!!! No tex-Mex feast would be complete without a pitcher of this traditional red-wine thirst quencher with citrus. Prep time does not include chilling. Adapted from Ladies Home Journal.
