Spicy Ranch Dressing With French Fries Food

DOUBLE RANCH FRIES

Steps:

• Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C).
• Cut potatoes into wedges or fries, and soak in a bowl with milk. Stir together the ranch dressing mix and garlic salt; place on a plate or in a bag. Drain potatoes, and roll in the seasonings to coat.
• Place potatoes into the deep-fryer in batches so they are not too crowded. Fry for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, and season with leftover seasoning mixture.

SPICY RANCH DRESSING

Steps:

• Mince the garlic and then add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and mash with the edge of the knife until a paste is formed.
• Add this to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Puree and taste to adjust seasoning.
• Remove and place in a small bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

SPICY RANCH DRESSING WITH FRENCH FRIES

Steps:

• Puree mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, scallions, jalapeno, garlic, zest, lime juice, Worcestershire, cumin,and coriander in a food processor or blender til smooth. Season dressing with salt and black pepper. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving. Makes 12 servings. Serves with French Fries if desired.

Steps:

• Mix 'em up.
• Refrigerate.

SPICY FRENCH DRESSING

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients except oil in blender.
• Blend until smooth.
• With blender running, add oil in a slow steady stream.
• Continue blending until mixture is thick.
• Chill several hours before serving.

OVEN BAKED RANCH FRENCH FRIES

Steps:

• Spray fries evenly with cooking spray and place in a large ziplock bag.
• Add dressing mix and shake to coat fries.
• Place on a jelly roll pan in a single layer.
• Bake at 425º for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Stir and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.

SPICY RANCH DRESSING

Steps:

• Combine above ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well.
• Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
