Spicy Buffalo Chex Mix Food

SPICY BUFFALO CHEX® MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Heat butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, 25 to 30 seconds. Add hot sauce and microwave until heated through, 20 to 30 seconds more. Stir in ranch seasoning.
• Combine rice cereal squares, wheat cereal squares, peanuts, pretzel crackers, and Parmesan-flavored crackers in a large bowl. Pour in butter mixture; mix thoroughly to coat. Spread in 2 ungreased 9x13-inch baking pans.
• Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir well. Return to the oven; bake until dried, about 15 minutes more. Spread on paper towels to cool.

HOT AND SPICY CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Heat oven to 250 degrees.
• In an ungreased large roasting pan, melt butter in oven.
• Stir in worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and pepper sauce.
• Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated.
• Bake uncovered 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
• Spread on paper towels to cool, about 15 minutes.
• Store in an airtight container.

• In a large microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on high about 40 seconds or until melted.
• Stir in worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and pepper sauce.

BUFFALO CHEX® MIX

Steps:

• In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, crackers and pretzels; set aside. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in hot sauce and seasonings. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
• Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 5 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.

Steps:

• In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, crackers and pretzels; set aside. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in hot sauce and seasonings. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
• Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 5 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.

SWEET & SPICY BUFFALO CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350F
• Line a cookie tray with a silicone liner or tinfoil and set aside.
• Place Chex cereal, pretzels, Cheerios and peanuts in a large bowl.
• Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and stir in the hot sauce. Pour over the Chex mix and stir to evenly distribute.
• Pour the chex mix out onto the lined cookie tray and spread out to make an even layer.
• Sprinkle the cajun spice overtop of the Chex mix.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the Chex Mix is dry to the touch but before it starts to brown.
• Allow the Chex Mix to cool on the baking tray before packaging or serving.

BUFFALO WING MUNCH MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the cereals, crackers and potato sticks. Combine the butter, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix and cayenne; toss to coat., Microwave half of mixture on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Spread onto waxed paper to cool. Repeat. Store in an airtight container.

SPICY CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Preheat the oven for 250*.
• Microwave the butter and rest of seasoning until melted. Pour over the already mixed dry ingredients. Toss well until all is coated with the seasoning mixture.
• Pour onto 2 cookie sheets and bake in an oven at 250* for 1 hour. Make sure to take out every 15 minutes to toss then put back in the oven.
• Pour onto paper towels and let the mixture cool.
• Store in an airtight container.
