Tuna salad is a classic go-to for quick lunches and snacks. This tuna salad recipe is made with canned tuna, mayo, celery, onion, and lemon, and can be customized in dozens of ways. It's creamy, filling, and easy to make!

Steps:
- Drain the tuna: Open the can and hold it over the sink. Tilt the can and press on the lid to allow the water in the can to drain.
- Serve how you like it: Spoon tuna salad onto slices of bread to make a sandwich, scoop onto crackers for a snack, or serve it atop a bed of salad greens for a healthy meal.

Steps:
- Drain the tuna in a fine mesh strainer. With the tuna in the strainer, use paper towels to pat and blot the tuna until completely dry. Transfer the tuna to a medium bowl and flake with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until evenly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

SNAPPY TUNA SALAD
Not only is this "snappy," it puts together in a "jiffy." It's good as a sandwich with cheese (I like Feta) or as salad with hard boiled eggs and/or pasta.

Steps:
- Combine drained tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and lemon pepper in small bowl. Additional (optional) lemon zest brightens it even more.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marry flavors.
- This can be served as a sandwich, a plain tuna salad or (my favorite) add a sliced hard boiled egg and some cooked pasta and serve over a bed of lettuce.
