White Russians just got a major upgrade. This is basically an adult s'mores cocktail with all of the components of a traditional s'mores and some chocolate liqueur and vanilla vodka mixed in for added fun.

¼ cup dark chocolate, melted
¼ cup cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
chocolate syrup, for drizzling
ice, for shaking and serving
1 oz chocolate liqueur, chilled
½ oz vanilla-flavored vodka
1 ½ oz heavy cream
3 mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Dip the rim of a glass in the melted chocolate, then into the graham cracker crumbs to coat. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass.
  • Add the chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until well combined and the outside of the shaker is cold.
  • Add more ice to the prepared glass, then strain the cocktail into the glass. Pour the heavy cream on top.
  • Thread 3 mini marshmallows onto a toothpick, then broil until golden brown. Place on the drink as a garnish.
  • Enjoy!

3 ounces Baileys® Original Irish Cream
Crushed graham crackers
Mini marshmallows
Chocolate sauce
Large marshmallows

Steps:

  • Crush and then layer graham crackers at the bottom of a mason jar or cup.
  • Add a layer of mini marshmallows and chocolate sauce (proportion and layer to your taste). Top with a few large marshmallows.
  • Drizzle 3 oz. of Baileys Original Irish Cream on top for a sweet finish. Brown marshmallows with a creme brulee torch.

1/2 cup butter (softened to room temp)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 (2.6 ounce) king-sized Hershey milk chocolate bars
1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow creme

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.
  • Add to butter mixture and mix at a low speed until combined.
  • Divide dough in half and press half of dough into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan. We found it works best to use our fingers.
  • Place chocolate bars over dough (3 king-sized Hershey bars should fit perfectly side by side, but break the chocolate if necessary to get it to fit in a single layer no more than 1/4 inch thick).
  • Spread marshmallow creme over chocolate layer.
  • Place remaining dough in a single layer on top of the marshmallow (most easily achieved by flattening the dough into small, flat shingles and laying them together).
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a light golden brown.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

1 cup mini marshmallows, divided
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups wheat cereal
1 cup graham cracker, chopped
2 bars chocolate, chopped, plus more to top

Steps:

  • Microwave ½ of the marshmallows and butter in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
  • Add cereal and graham crackers into the bowl and mix until well coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Add the chopped chocolate bars and mix just until combined.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan.
  • Press into the edges of the pan and top with more chocolate pieces and remaining mini marshmallows.
  • Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
  • Enjoy!
