Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large paella pan (ours was 45cm). Add the rosemary and sizzle for a minute or 2, then scoop it out to a plate and set aside. Add the chipolatas and brown all over, push to one side of the pan and add the other sausages. Cook for a few mins until the chorizo starts to release some of its oil, then push these aside too. Add the onions and cook until soft, about 8 mins.
- Add the passata, BBQ sauce and some seasoning, bring to a simmer and bubble for a few mins, then stir in the beans and bring everything back to a bubble.
- Using the back of a spoon, create little spaces in the beans and crack in the eggs, dotting them over the surface. Cover the pan with foil and cook gently for 10 mins or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Top with the rosemary and serve with buttered toast and mugs of tea.

SMOKED BAKED BEANS
I smoked this on my smoker but you can just add a touch of liquid smoke and bake in your oven or cook stove top. I used this Recipe #207079 as the sauce ingredient called for.

COWBOY BEANS - TEXAS STYLE
SOURCE : Derrick Riches, Your Guide to Barbecues & Grilling, About.com In Texas, beans mean pinto beans. These beans are cooked up with brisket burnt ends and barbecue sauce to make them the perfect side dish for barbecue brisket. If you don't have burnt ends try a grilled steak cooked well. You will want smoky flavor for these barbecue beans.

SMOKED SMOKY SAUCY COWBOY BEANS
I know it is a mouth full, but I looked at other recipes and none were actually smoked in a smoker, just in an indoor oven with liquid smoke. In 1997 I had some Cowboy beans and have not been able to find anything close till now. This recipe must be cooked in a smoker capable of burning wood. This is a link to the sauce I use http://www.recipezaar.com/16575 - I used 2 - 55 ounce cans of beans
