- Place green peppers, onions and butter in 8-inch round microwaveable dish; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Meanwhile, combine flour, black pepper and dill weed.
- Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add flour mixture to cooked vegetables; mix well. Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce and reserved mushroom liquid. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until thickened, stirring after each minute.
- Add tuna, peas and mushrooms; mix lightly. Top with TATER TOTS. Microwave 11 to 12 min. or until heated through.

We invented this recipe one night after one of us wanted Tater Tot® casserole for supper, while the other wanted Mexican...It's SUPER easy and SUPER yummy! Baking the Tater Tots® before layering may be unnecessary but we wanted to make sure they had a chance to crisp up. The whole family LOVED this dish! Hope you do too!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in ground beef, green onion, and 1/2 package taco seasoning. Cook and stir mixture until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
- Combine remaining taco seasoning mix with tomato soup, nacho cheese soup, and milk in a saucepan; heat soup mixture until just boiling.
- Layer potato nuggets in the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until potato nuggets begin to crisp, about 10 minutes.
- Spoon ground beef mixture over potato nuggets; pour in soup mixture.
- Bake until soup mixture is bubbling, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle casserole with Mexican cheese blend; bake until cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Grease a 2 quart oblong casserole.
- In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cook green pepper and onion until tender but not brown.
- Stir in flour, salt, dill seed, and pepper until blended.
- Gradually stir in milk, liquid drained from mushroom can, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
- Add tuna, peas, and mushrooms.
- Return to boil and spoon mixture into casserole.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly in the center.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Spread 20 potato nuggets in the casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Season beef mixture with 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.

- Grease a 9x 13 inch baking dish arrange tater tots in the prepared baking dish.

My husband begged me to find this recipe and make it-- its his favorite comfort food. It reminds him of his childhood, sitting down at the dinner table on a Friday night, and digging into a warm dinner that his mom had just pulled out of the oven. He loved it. I didn't care for it all that much, because I know its such a fattening dinner, but I love cooking for my husband and making him smile.

- Brown your ground meat, and drain.
- Sautee onions and mix into the ground meat.
- Spray a small baking dish (I used a small loaf pan) with cooking spray, and spread ground meat mixture evenly on the bottom.
- Spread the mixed frozen veggies on top of the ground beef.
- Next, top off the veggies with the cream of mushroom soup.
- On top of the soup, layer the cheese.
- Lastly, top of the cheese with the tater tots.
- I probably used more than 2 cups of them.
- I also sprinkled some of the cheese on top of the tots.
- Bake in a 350 oven for 15 minutes, uncovered.
- After 15 minutes is up, cover the pan with foil, and bake for 15 minutes more.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- · This recipe originally called for 1 can of cut up tomatoes, and for the tomatoes to be layered on top of the vegetables, and the soup and tater tots on top of that.
- I left it out because I don't like tomatoes, but I know others might like to add that in there.

MEAT & POTATO STYLE TATER TOT CASSEROLE
This is such a wonderful hearty one dish meal. I love the sour cream and cheese mixture in this. If your family is a meat/potato kinda family then they will go crazy over this. This is a combination of many different recipes rolled into one to meet my family's picky needs at the table.

- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Mix ground beef, cream of chicken soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, corn and onions all together.
- I salt and pepper the mixture to taste.
- Spread mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish or pan. The pan will be VERY full but it will all fit. I just line the bottom of my oven with foil just in case.
- Cover the mixture with the entire bag of tater tots making sure to spread them evenly. I lay most on their sides and some upright and then kind of smash them down into the mixture a little. I give them a good smashing and smash as much as i can so just the tops of the tots are showing.
- Bake uncovered in a preheated 350°F oven for about 45 minutes.
- You can also sprinkle a little teeny bit of cheddar cheese on the top if you want.
- Step away from the table because your meat eaters will LOVE this.
- YOU CAN USE MORE SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE DEPENDING ON YOUR TASTE! I SOMETIMES USE A LOT.
