Skinny Peanut Butter Powder Fruit Dip for One image

A healthy, high protein dip recipe made with plain Greek yogurt and other clean eating ingredients! This easy and low carb powdered peanut butter (PB2, PBFit, NakedPB) dip will quickly become your favorite snack! It's perfect for dipping fruit like apples, bananas, or strawberries. Sprinkle your fruit with a little ground cinnamon before dipping! Delicious!

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt
apple, banana, or other fruit
ground cinnamon to sprinkle on fruit (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients (minus the fruit & cinnamon) in a small bowl.
  • Wash and slice apple. Cut into wedges or prepare other fruit of choice. Sprinkle apple with cinnamon before dipping. Enjoy!

I came up with this dip to make eating fruit a little more fun. This is quite tasty and you will want to eat the whole bowl! :) This little dip is also great because you don't have to wait to defrost your Cool Whip. I love it with strawberries but it could be great with apples, bananas, or any other fruit you prefer!

2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter (I use Jif)
1 cup fat-free cool whip, frozen
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Mix peanut butter with frozen Cool Whip. It will be a pretty thick mixture.
  • Add milk to thin out the mixture. It might seem like a lot of liquid at first, but don't worry! Keep mixing until it looks like a smooth peanut butter.
  • Add almond extract and mix well.
  • Serve with fruit!

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup whipped topping
Assorted fresh fruit

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter and cinnamon; mix well. Fold in the whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit.
