- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Spoon into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. , Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Top with croutons if desired; bake 5 minutes longer. Serve with rice.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper flakes. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; stir-fry until pink, 2-3 minutes. Remove; keep warm. , In same skillet, stir-fry the next 5 ingredients in remaining oil until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Add wine and seasonings. Return shrimp to pan., Drain pasta; add to shrimp mixture and toss gently. Cook and stir until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon wedges.

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, boil or steam asparagus in enough water to cover until tender; chop and set aside.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to full boil, place the pasta in the pot and return to a rolling boil; cook until al dente. Drain well.
- In a large saucepan, saute garlic in the olive oil over medium-low heat until the garlic is golden brown.
- Place butter and lemon juice in the saucepan. Heat until the butter has melted. Place the shrimp in the saucepan and cook until the shrimp turns pink. Place the mushrooms and asparagus into the saucepan, cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Toss the shrimp and vegetable mixture with the egg noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 400 and grease a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- THIS STEP ONLY IF COOKING FRESH SHRIMP: Cook 8 oz of shrimp, sauteing in butter, for casserole. Fresh shrimp equals approx 18 large shrimp or 20 medium shrimp. Its not a big deal if you are off too much as this is a casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and cream of cheddar soup and mix well - hand held mixer works well when working with cream cheese blocks.
- Stir in cooked shrimp and season bowl with salt and pepper.
- Place asparagus into the bottom of the casserole dish. If you are using canned, make sure asparagus is drained completely to avoid extra moisture. If you are using frozen, make sure asparagus is properly steamed, drained of excess water, and cooled before next step.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly across the top of the asparagus in the casserole dish.
- Cover casserole with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and discard.
- Top with crispy fried onions and return to oven for 10 minutes.
- Asparagus Casserole will be hot and bubbly around the edges.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving to firm.
- Serves 10-12

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cream, cook until thickened. Stir in broth, Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in egg yolk, cheese and shrimp. In a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, arrange half of the asparagus, spread with half the shrimp mixture. Repeat layers.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes.

SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH ROASTED ASPARAGUS

- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the garlic for a few seconds, then add the vermouth and tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and parsley, and cook 3 minutes, or until shrimp are pink. Season with hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper, to taste. Divide among 4 plates and serve Roasted Asparagus and Italian Greens.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut or snap off the 1-inch fibrous stem on the asparagus and discard. Slice the remaining asparagus into 2-inch pieces (you should have about 5 cups). Line a baking tray with foil and spoon the oil onto the foil. Sprinkle the oil with salt and pepper. Add the asparagus and roll in oil, making sure all the spears are coated with the oil and seasonings. Spread the asparagus into a single layer and roast in the oven for 5 minutes. Roll the asparagus in the oil to recoat and roast 10 more minutes for thick spears, 5 more minutes for thin ones. Remove from the oven and serve with the shrimp.
- Place the salad in a bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well and serve.

- Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
- In a 1 1/2-quart casserole combine the asparagus, garlic, and water.
- Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 4 to 5 minutes or till asparagus is just crisp-tender.
- Stir in shrimp and green or sweet red pepper.
- Cook, covered, on high for 5 to 7 minutes (7 to 9 minutes in a low-wattage oven) or till shrimp are pink and asparagus is tender, stirring once.
- Remove shrimp and vegetables with a slotted spoon, reserving liquid in casserole.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl combine the soy sauce, lemon peel, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Stir into liquid in casserole.
- Cook, uncovered, on high for 2 to 4 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring after every minute till mixture begins to thicken, then every 30 seconds.
- Stir shrimp and vegetables into casserole.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Coat 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine soup, shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms, green onions, bell pepper, garlic, thyme and black pepper in large bowl, mix well.
