Steps:

  • Mix 4 ounces softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup each sour cream and Frank's RedHot sauce (or 1/4 cup other hot sauce); fold in 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken. Spread in a small baking dish, sprinkle with celery seeds, chopped scallions and shredded cheddar and bake at 425 degrees F until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Top with crumbled blue cheese. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and crackers.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons hot sauce, such as Frank's RedHot
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
3 green onions, sliced thin
4 stalks celery, cut into sticks
3 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
Serving suggestions: chips and assorted crudites

Steps:

  • In a large frying pan with a lid, heat the oil over medium heat until it shimmers and slides across the pan. Add the onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken breasts thinly and add to the pan with the onions. Add the garlic, 1/2 cup of the hot sauce and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer, then cover the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cook until the chicken is falling apart and the sauce has reduced to almost dry, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Cheddar and 1/4 cup of the blue cheese crumbles in a bowl and stir until well combined. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons hot sauce, and top with the green onions and the remaining 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles.
  • Serve immediately, with the chicken, celery, carrots, chips and other crudites.

This dip recipe is ALWAYS a huge hit! It can be served with tortilla chips or celery for dipping. This dip can also be made in advance, it freezes well if you do not bake it before freezing. I often make a large batch and freeze some in the disposable foil containers that can go from freezer to oven. This recipe fills an 8x8 pan nicely. If you bring it to a party, make sure you bring copies of the recipe because everyone will want it!!

8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
7 ounces blue cheese dressing
1 cup blue cheese, crumbles
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
5 ounces hot sauce, I use Frank's
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and celery.
  • Heat in microwave until melted.
  • Stir well.
  • Add in all remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Spray 8x8 baking pan with pam
  • Bake when you are ready to serve (otherwise just put it in the fridge or freezer - this freezes well if you don't bake it first) on 350 for about 30 minutes (longer if frozen).

Until a week ago, I had never heard of BCD. After tasting it at a Super Bowl party, I not only became addicted, but noticed that there's already a huge BCD craze taking over America. It's delish, but pretty processed and rich!

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 (9.75-ounce) cans chicken in water, drained
Crackers, chips, and/or veggies, for dipping

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a (9-inch) deep-dish pie plate add the cream cheese and stir with a fork until smooth.
  • Stir in the dressing, hot sauce and cheeses. Mix in the canned chicken and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.
  • Stir before serving with crackers, chips, and/or veggies.

If you love Buffalo wings, here is the recipe for you!! Serve with salty tortilla chips or any other chips you like. The salt helps to bring out the flavor. Can be served hot or cold, but I prefer mine hot. If you make this, there won't be any leftovers at the party!! If you want to make this recipe lower fat, you can use Neuchatel Cheese and fat-free blue cheese. DO NOT use lower fat shredded cheese since it doesn't melt well. Just use less of it!

12 ounces Frank's red hot sauce
1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing (If you have any blue cheese crumbles at home, throw them in. It adds extra flavor!)
4 boiled boneless skinless chicken breasts, shreddred (you can shred this after it is boiled in your mini-prep, food processor, or blender. You can also bu)
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and dressing.
  • Heat in microwave until cream cheese is melted. Stir every couple of minutes so the cheese doesn't burn.
  • Add chicken and about a cup of shredded cheese into the mixture.
  • Mix together and put into a 9x13 dish.
  • Top with as much cheese on top as you wish (I coat the whole top).
  • Bake at 350 degrees for minutes.

2 (1 ounce) packets hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 (12 ounce) can chicken
1 bottle of franks red hot buffalo wing sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
celery
tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Drain can of chicken. Place in small saucepan with just enough buffalo wing sauce to cover. Simmer while you prepare the rest. Microwave 2 pkgs of cream cheese just until soft. Mix in 2 packets of dressing mix. Spread on the bottom of a 9*13 pan. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with a cup of cheese. Bake at 350 for 10-15, or just until cheese melts. Serve w/ celery sticks and tortilla chips!

1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2 (6 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
3/4 cup hot pepper sauce, I prefer Franks Red Hot
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, soup, pepper sauce, cream cheese and ranch. Set crock pot on low for 2 hours.
