ANNIVERSARY PUNCH
This is a fantastic punch recipe that will serve a big crowd of people and can be easily doubled or tripled if need be! It was published in our local newspaper with a note that it came from a Trinity Lutheran of Ogallala Nebraska cookbook.

- Mix fruit juices and sugar together.
- Just before serving add ginger ale and carbonated water and sitr well.

60TH ANNIVERSARY PUNCH
I call this 60th Anniversary Punch since this is what we served at my parents anniversary party. This is a light, non-alcoholic, elegant punch that many thought tasted like champagne.

- Pour 3 parts white grape juice to 2 parts 7-up to 1 part club soda.

RUBY RED WINE PUNCH
My parents served a similar punch at their 25th wedding anniversary party. They used my father's homemade Sparkling Burgundy. This is very good, so if you have guests under 21 or who don't imbibe, be sure to make some with one of the dealcoholized red wines. Sutter Home Fre has some good ones.

Steps:
- 1. In saucepan, combine water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Strain out spices and chill liquid, about 2 hours.
- 2. Combine chilled mixture with wine and cranberry-apple juice in punch bowl. Garnish with mint leaves or lemon peel twists if desired.
ANNIVERSARY PUNCH
Yield Makes about 16 servings

Steps:
- Combine strawberries, lime peel , and lime juice in saucepan. Simmer together 10 minutes; put through food mill or sieve. Cool. Pour fruit mixture over block of ice in punch bowl. Add wines just before serving. Garnish with whole strawberries or lime slices, if desired.
GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY PUNCH
Steps:
- Mix fruit juices, sugar and water together. Freeze.
- Add ginger ale, Wink, and lemon-lime drink when ready to serve.
