Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the first 4 ingredients and scoop evenly into the cups. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 for 15 min.

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix the first 4 ingredients and scoop evenly into the cups. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 for 15 minutes.

Chicken Spaghetti with Rotel is a delicious baked spaghetti recipe with a creamy sauce loaded with shredded chicken, Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, shredded cheese and chopped green onions.

10 oz spaghetti, uncooked
10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Dump the condensed cream of chicken soup and sour cream into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.
  • Stir all of the ingredients together well.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl.
  • Stir until all of the spaghetti is coated in the soup mixture.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and stir well again.
  • Add 2 cups of the shredded cheese, Rotel and chopped green onions to the bowl.
  • Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Dump the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top of the spaghetti.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake until the spaghetti is bubbling and cheese is starting to brown around the edges. 27-30 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and leave it to sit for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
  • Enjoy!

1/4 c hormel bacon its
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c mayonnaise

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients really good and scoop evenly into the little cups. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Make sure you use the CUPS, not the dough. It makes all the difference. Also, don't worry about the mayo if you don't like it. You cannot taste it. I made two huge trays of these and they were scarfed down pretty fast.

1 can(s) rotel, mostly drained (we use mild)
1 pkg real bacon bits
1 1/2 c colby jack cheese (shredded)
1 c mayonnaise

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix together almost fully drained Rotel, bacon bits, and mayo until blended.
  • 2. Add in the cheese and stir until mixed. Fill the shells, making sure not to put too much into each one or there won't be enough.
  • 3. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 350 until bubbly and golden. Remove to rack or plate. Serve warm.
